It just stopped while I was watching movie on Netflix
There could be a problem of sound driver in your laptop or PC.
follow below steps to check sound driver:
1- right click on your my computer icon
2- click on properties
3- click on device manager
4- scroll down to the sound controller.
5- click to open tree of sound controller.
6- check whether it has a yellow sign or not.
7- if it has yellow sign it means your sound driver is outdated then right click on this and update your sound driver.
8- otherwise you won't get any driver if it has not been installed in that case you need to download sound driver for your laptop or PC by searching on the website of your PC manufacturer. download sound driver and install it and restart your PC, hopefully it will work.

Exit all programs and then re-boot the computer first to see if the sound returns. If you hear the start up sound, things are probably working.

What computer do you use? Which version of which operating system?
I first check whether or not the sound has been muted by my keyboard, or have I accidentally hit the on-screen "Mute" button? Then I check the computer's settings to make sure audio is on. I also check the power supply and button if I have external speakers. Reboot your computer. Finally, try another way to watch Netfilx--on a phone, tablet, another computer, and see if the problem repeats itself.
How does the sound get muted by the keyboard????On screen mute button???
