I do not know how to "fix" the problem to make it right, but you can disable the alarm through the relay box or fuse box. You'll lose the alarm, but can lock the car. Several may be labeled "Alarm and... try to find one that is the alarm alone or something significant, if possible. Not an answer, just an Idea.
1-Lock the doors from inside using the power button (as normally you lock your doors when leaving your car)<br />
2-Now open your doors from outside using the key<br />
This should solve the problem
your alarm has a fuse or fallow the posative wire from the modulator the red wire and disconect that from the battery. option 2 call the alarm manufacture
