Assuming it is a pSr630 keyboard then there are 2 ways to connect depending on the computer you are using. The 630 uses 5 pin din midi in and out.

1) If you wish to connect to USB then you will need a USB midi interface such as

or

2) If you are connecting to a desktop with a 15 pin socket you can use a cable

Your software then should recognise the input type in use and allow you to connect it accordingly.

Casiotone ct630

I haven't been able to find documentation to be sure if the CT-630 has MIDI ports on it (my guess is no, but please check). If it does, you can get something like the Yamaha UX16 USB MIDI Interface cable to connect the keyboard to a PC.
If not, sorry, it seems the only thing you could do is record the audio output.

I cant connect my yamaha ypt 320 to my pc using the midi

Assuming you have a MIDI interface on your computer, you need to connect the MIDI cables between the keyboard and the PC. You cross connect, that is, in to out and vice versa. You will ALSO need the driver software for the interface in the PC AND most importantly, some software in the PC to handle the MIDI for instance to record.

Some of the keys do not play on our Yamaha PSR-330. How can we fix that?

The key contacts have gotten dirty. The contacts are CONDUCTIVE rubber pills that are pressed onto circuit traces on the circuit board under the keys. Onehas to dis-assemble the keyboard very carefully noting the size and location of all the screws and using great care of the cables that connect the top and bottom of the case.
when you remove the keys, you will find silicone rubber strips with the black pills underneath, two pills per key.
Clean these with ONLY 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Qtips as well as cleaning the circuit board traces they contact.
Carefully re-assemble the keyboard.

I just used them to by some parts for a Clavinova and they were in stock, accepted credit cards and delivered within 24 hours.

Yamaha 61 key keyboard midi usb connected but what next

Depending on what you want to do...

If it's only music Mixing, you will have to plug your keyboard via audio jack to the line in of your computer. Then Audacity (free soft) can do the job.

If you want to edit midi file with your keybord you will need midi editor software like Linux-Rosegarden or if under windows try LMMS (all free soft of course).

Good luck
