NOT overheating, 0H is zero Hour, the first 60 minutes of the Keep Warm process. Wait an hour and it'll change to 1H.
"OH" means Over Heating. It means that either there is not enough cooking liquid or the liquid is to thick for the pressure cooker to reach pressure. Open the cooker, mix the contents (check if anything has burned) add more liquid, and try again.

IF you press and hold the top two buttons for 10 seconds the display will show a few numbers.. then press the bottom right button.. ours went right back to F4 and the only thing we could find mentioned is that a "sensor" was bad.. right out of the box this PC was JUNK.. awesome!
