Go to the printer from the control panel on your pc and verify the defaults are set correctly. if you are changing it in word for example it may only do it for the one time you are trying to print. usually if you right click the printer and go to properties, you'll see the settings there.

The HP C4400 prints pages in reverse order, how can I change this setting.

Click on Start-->control panel-->printer and faxes or printers-->right click on C4400 series--> choose printer preferences-->Click on the top TAB Advance--> there is a check box for mirror image--> un-check it. Hit apply button at the bottom and click ok.

Incase you have an old version of software for this printer. Try to find under print preferences the same option for mirror image as the print outs are coming in reverse order due to mirror image ON on the printer properties.

Now it will work.

Printer prints information backwards. Example: In a document, when the word "directions" is typed and ready to print , when it prints out, the letters are printed backwards (i.e. snoitcerid).

somewhere in your property settings there is a checkbox called "mirror". It sounds like this is in the checked position. Uncheck the box and try again. GOOD LUCK!!
