How do I install EasyCAP DC60 on windows 7 64 bit?

From Amazon website "This EasyCap Model (DC60) is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP and Vista 32-bit ONLY".

So it is not compatible with Windows 7.

Have you tried finding the right drivers for the device?
Once the drivers are installed, the device should work fine with all software that supports video capture, including movie maker.
