Trouble with new batteries losing charge. I also purchased a new charger. It will run for awhile a couple of weeks then it will just keep losing power and just stop.

I would say it will run maybe a hour with short usage during the day then the gage will flip down and pop back up. Then slowly will not pop up

Number 1, always charge after every use. You can check if the charger is charging quickly, by turning on the scooter and watching the gauge when you plug the charger in. The gauge should climb up if it does not move then charger is not working. Make sure the charger is plugged into an outlet that is not shut off with a light switch!

Samsung 3262 charging paused for battery

Since you are experiencing difficulty in your charger since your Samsung 3262 won't charge although it is showing it is charging battery then we will be solving this matter so to fix battery and charger problem. • Performing a power reset. •Hold the power button for 30 seconds without it being plugged in. •Then place your Tab on a home charger for a couple minutes. •After a couple minutes, press the power button again for 30 seconds with the charger plugged in. This is usually a charger issue But in a small amount of cases it can be the battery. If recently purchased you can just return it and get a new phone.

2008 yamaha R6 YZF: i have to use jumper cables everytime to start it everytime. i brought battery to be tested. they said battery was good, and recomended a charger. i purchased charger and charged over...

It sounds like the battery you are using doesn't supply enough power to start the bike. Using jumper cables starts the bike because of the additional power you are supplying it. Make sure you are using the correct battery. Check to see if there is a more powerful battery available for purchase.

You have many options.
-bring it to a dealership and have them charge / test it.
-buy a charger yourself and charge it.
-buy a trickle charger and charge it yourself.
-buy a brand new battery and not worry about it for a couple years

I purchased a Schumacher 1200A battery charger a few months ago and just last night tried to charge my 2007 Infiniti G35 battery. The vehicle gets limited use and when I went to start a week ago the engine...

I don't think you did anything wrong. I think your battery is tired and can't take a charge deep enough as it used to. As batteries get older and after repeated discharge and recharge during normal operation, they start losing their ability to hold charge as deep as when new. This is gradual and after a couple of years they drop to 50% and less. I think your attempt was "gallant" and you did everything correct, but it sounds that battery has flatlined on you and "Doc, the patient is gone"

My 2003 FLHTCI sat for six weeks or so and needed a charge to start. Got it home and put it on a 2 volt trickle charger ver night. Started one time then no more. Bought new battery, running and charging...

No, the battery should charge at 14.5 to 15.0 volts. No problem. The 12.5 to 13.5 is not high enough to keep your battery charged especially if you do a lot of night time riding. You're fine.

Have a Gateway Laptop Computer Model #MT6708. Previously computer had blank screen and no power. Currently purchased new battery and power cord. Computer now operating screen and power is on. However, when...

First thing check that the battery charge light is on when the battery and the charger are connected.
If it is it indicates that the power supply is charging the battery,
If it isnt it may indicate a fault with the battery or that the charger is not compatable with the laptop or that there is a fault with the charger.
If the battery is charging then try running the laptop on battery only without the charger and on charger only without the battery.
This will eliminate which one is faulty.

You mentioned that if you wiggle the cord then the light comes on again.
Check to see if the charger end plug is lose or the actual port on the laptop is lose.
If the charger plug is lose then return to seller and make sure they gave you the correct charger. if the actual port on laptop is lose then perhaps u got a bad connection and you need electrician or local laptop technician to open it up and solder properly on motherboard.

Let me know how it goes.

Laptop keeps losing power at start up and shuts down repeatedly

does it run with the power cord plugged in? if so your batterys dead, otherwise harddrive/bios/motherboard fault? is your power supply charging the battery?

No charging voltage to battery

You can test the charger right at the battery. With the system just sitting in regular stand-by mode. If you lift the battery leads, they should have about 13.5 volts coming in from the trickle charger. If there is no voltage there, it can't charge. It would be a bad trickle charger.
