The problem is either a shorted temperature sensor (it never open to stop the compressor motor), or a faulty electronic control.

Freezer is still freezing. The alarm sounded and I switched the switch off to turn off. The manual says that the temperature isn't at the right temperature and once it reaches the correct freezing temperature the light will come back on or the sound would go off after at least 4 hours. This was since last night about 6:00 and if i switch the switch the alarm is still sounding. The left side of the freezer is a little warmer than usual. Any suggestions
