SOURCE: Screen is off. It's frozen.

Holding the power button for 20 seconds should reset it.  Otherwise, there are many solutions on the support page here.

SOURCE: blue ring of death

I had this problem with my Sansa e260. I was unable to enter Recovery mode, and was unable to find a working copy of the Linux based "e200tool". Out of desperation, I tried re-seating the so-called "daughter board" and it worked. The player is now as good as new.

All you need to do is, remove the 4 screws on the back of your player to reveal the battery compartment. Just above where the battery is, you should see a black, foam rectangle. Press gently on this rectangle until you hear/feel a slight click (this is the card re-seating). Then try to power your unit on. Worked like a charm for me.

Good luck.

The battery replaced by new one and fully charged .How many hours will last playing the iPod

#2
That sounds about right, using Wi Fi does use a lot of battery. For video, Apple advertises up to 5 hours, and for audio up to 36 hours. However, these are done in minimalist conditions. For example, they?d have auto-brightness turned on, the volume at only a certain level and, if it?s music, they?d turn the screen on only when absolutely necessary (yes, volume does have an impact on the battery).
I used to get around 12 hours listening to music, but that was because I always have Wi Fi on, and also have it set to fetch my email every 15 minutes. Oddly, since jailbreaking, it took me about 20 hours to completely drain the battery. That included using the internet (mainly Facebook) quite a bit, checking emails, listening to music, watching videos, AND playing games (well, emulators).

Why signal light wont turn off in 94 325i BMW

Do you mean it won't automatically switch off after you turn, or do you mean it stays on, either flashing or just permanently on?

If it's the 1st one "doesn't automatically switch off after turning" it sounds like your turn signal stalk is broken & needs replacing.

If it's a case of the light just continuing to flash or stay on well then it could still be your signal stalk or the relay which times the lights to flash on & off.

All these bits can be purchased for little money on eBay

Calculator won't turn off with new battery installed.

Hello,
If they are solar powered and if the power down button is not functionning I would not worry about them. Usually battery powered calculators have an automatic power down feature, and sometimes solar powered machines as well. The only free thing we get is the sun's energy. Maybe not the only one (oxygen).
Hope it helps.

Wii console will not come on

First things first. We'll start from the beginning. Unplug the AC Adapter from the wall and from the Wii. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Then plug it back in. 9 times out of 10 your power supply needs to be reset. The only way to reset it is to unplug it from the wall and the wii and let it sit for 15 min. Try this first and report back if it worked. Even if you think you have done this already do it again.

Remove the battery cover off the back of the unit. (One small Philips screw.)

Remove the battery.

Leave the system without the battery for 10-15 minutes.

Replace the battery.

Re-install the battery cover.
I've tried and it works. Thanks to The_Ogre
