Old style citizen wr100 blue angles watch how do you set it

I have been just been given a blue angles old style watch but with out manual and need to set to uk time. any help please cheers chris

    i can get the digital time and date set but the hour hands will not match. i have had this watch over 8 years and lost the manual so please help me. thanks, mike p.
