You may want to look into replacing the digitizer (screen). You can replace it yourself for around $7.00 (on eBay). Instruction are on YouTube.

Take it to a phone repair shop,they should be able to fix it for you at a decent price.

Try connecting your usb cable and use PC SUITE to delete and uninstall some programs.

Hi,the screen of the phone is bad is not together with the touch screen.The screen is located at the back of the touch screen.The touch screen is working fine as you said.

Ones you replace screen, phone will work as normal again.

I think the touch screen is faulty and the touch screen is responsible for accessing your programs, that's why you cannot use your phone functions.

Try to give you phone to a specialist so that the faulty touch screen can be replaced.

did you checked the settings on your cell because there are some adjustments to the lighting of the screen surely you didn't put lighting and that's why it wont turn on
