F06 on any of the larger capacity Whirlpool front loaders can be due to belt slippage. The belt slips on the motor pulley and this causes erratic readings from the tacho that is interpreted by the control unit as an fault. A test for this is to run an empty cycle to reduce the load on the belt and if it runs through without error then belt slip is probably the answer. You can see the belt slipping if you remove the back panel and run a full load. Often it will start out okay but as the cycle progresses, the belt begins to slip. Replace the belt then try again to make sure the slip has been eliminated.
