My samsung GT-C3222 won't read a pictures and videos from other phone when i send it via bluetooth it can't open

This phone record videos in 176 x 144 pixel resolution, 15 pictures per second. The video file is compressed with H.263 standard and formatted with MPEG4 header. In case the other phone uses a different format, or a higher resolution, your phone most probably will not be able to play the received video file.

Your phone can display JPEG, GIF, animated GIF, PNG, and WBMP type pictures. Other phones can display SWF (animated) pictures as well.

My videos picture works fine but theres no sound.

The camera records the audio but won't play it back. To hear the videos, transfer them first to your computer and play them there.

Cant view video off my mini sd card when i put it in computer

Try Downloading Quicktime to your PC. Its free and it plays 3GP(Mobile Phone) and MP4. Which is probably the format your phone is saving the videos in.

Camera Videos wont download properly

Videos generally run in AVI mode. When putting pictures into the computer, place them in the "My videos" folder instead of the "My pictures" folder. This should solve your problem.

Music videos wont play

Most music videos have a copyright protection system on them which will not allow them to be played on your mp3 player, even though they will play fine on your computer. You would have to get a media converter that can bypass or strip the copy protection that will also convert these files to AVI first (by the way, this type of software is illegal). YouTube-type videos are best. You may need a legal FLV to AVI converter (like Riva FLV Encoder) to convert the videos first.
