Remove the printer software. And remove the driver from device manager "usb printing support" .and remove printer from control panel>printers, and download latest driver from Internet and install. It will work, if not contact service centers with your printer
You Canon printer seems to have RETIRED when it does that. It is a common canon prblem and that is why the smaller canon printers are referred to as DISPOSABLE printers. The motherboard of the printer has got a problem on it and would cost more that the price of a new printer to have fixed.
Service required mean waste ink counter overflow. You need to reset it. SSC Service utility don't work with this type. The resetter is not for free, it's commercial. Only some distributor have it.
I had the problem myself with my Scenium, the TV has a prblom with the circuitry and only fix is through an authorized RCA repare facility. Hope its fixed for you soon, awesome tv.

1-press(set up)3 times you will see on the screen(basic fax set up)
2- press enter
3- Click the right arrow utill you find (ringe to ansure)
4- press enter
5-than chose how many rings
6- press enter
7- good luck
