How do I turn off the keypad beep? - La Crosse Audio Players & Recorders

Go to general setup in the menu & turn on the keypad beep.

It is trying to indicate a problem with zone 1. check it out.

You can turn off the "Beep" sound of the keypad by entering the code 633.
To turn the "Beep" sound on, enter the code 66

he most likely cause of this problem is a keypad on the control.

You can try the stop/clear keypad to silence the beeping.

You can put the controls into child lock and see if the intermittent beeping stops. The instructions to turn the child lock feature you have it in the owner manual . The child lock disables most keypads.

otherwise replace the control board.

To turn off beep sound its quite easy.Just follow the simple steps are you are done : Go to Menu Then settings >ring styles > style detail > keypad volume.Bring keypad volume to zero and beep sound is gone.Enjoy !! Keypad Beeps can be enabled/disabled by

short pressing SB2 button (until radio 'chirps')
while turning ON the radio.

To turn off the beep on the keypad beep or voice on an LG Xenon, go to menu; settings; sound; volume. From there you can raise or lower the volume or mute the keypad and other sounds.

i helded the {+} at the same time i turned it on and it seems to take the beep off i guess will see if it happens agian , thank you for your help maybe i"ll be calling you again. kenstoy67.

It depends on the actual model number (that you didn't supply), but most Kenmore F7 errors indicate a bad keypad or bad control panel. If you unplug the ribbon cable from the keypad to the panel then plug the oven back in and it starts beeping again, it's a bad control panel, if it doesn't beep anymore, it's a bad keypad.

Please unplug the oven power with working on it.

For the 6.0 gig phones, the manual explains in the handset set-up how to turn the keypad beep on and off. I rather like it as it serves as an audible indicator that the key was hit. Otherwise it is possible to have missed a digit. Of course, you can see the number on the display, but who looks?
