Just to let you I had Moultire m-80 when I used a pny sd card it ruined my camera. They were kind enough to replace it for me. I just use what they recommended do not have any more problems. I only delete pic on my computer and not digital camera. Try doing a hard reset take everything out turn to the on position for about 2-3 minutes after 3 min put brand new battery's in it while on the on position should say no card at this time. If doesn't turn camera off put sandisk sdhc card in it. Test camera again if still not working Moultire will help you I have talked them great customer service.
I have Same problem with same camera. I called Moultrie they told me to hard reset and walked me through steps. I am going to try it out when i get home. Hope it works or they will be hearing back from me
You can buy a new display from Moultree for about $18, install it yourself and it might last a month or 2. Best thing is to go buy a real camera from somebody who want's your return business.
Hi, Sue, Not really sure on this, but if where he bought cam will take it back, try it... However, it may not be the cam, but different resolution settings on the two different cams. Digital cams by different manufacturers format SD cards using different means; some allow more memory space on card for formatting than others..and if the game cam is set at a higher resolution than the other cam, then the 2nd cam might use space 1st cam left avail.i.e., say cam "sets aside 4mb of memory to format card, but only uses 2mb of this space. Now, the game cam is set for high resolution and take 130 pics @ 15mb each..15x130=1950mb,+ 2mb left by game cam=1952mb(1.952gb), or about 50mb of space left on card...put it into cam set for lower res. and might get several more pics before card was really full...be sure all is equal...both cams, and card, ect. 128-130 pics @ high resolution ain't bad....on a 4gb SDHC card with my I-40's set for High Res., I can get 1000 pics;@ enhanced and I get only about 300. Set at low res., and # goes way up.Hope you understand all this. ron
extreme hot/cold effects battery life...also # events, whether pics taken or not 2 million gray Ark. squirrels, that never stop moving like red squirrels will use up batteries in a hurry...even still I get 3-4 mos out of 6-dcells on my I-40s
what size SD cards? I wanted more pics, so I got some 8gb HCHD cards...don't work...they were Sandisk(best). make sure your cam is compatible with cards you're using
sorry to inform you guys but that is what the I40 and I60 do, if you take it in the DIRECT SUNLIGHT you will notice that it takes color pics ;-( bad design
SEND BACK TO MOULTRIE....!!!
