SOURCE: How do I adjust needle valves on a 25cc Homelite

Set the lowend & highend needles to about 1 3/4 to 2 turns each. Choke the carb or prime it, until the carb is wet. Fire up the engine and let it warm up. Let's set the topend first since it's the easier of the two. Go to full throttle. Adjust the topend needle for peak RPM. Leave it wide open for about a minute to see if it changes any. Should the engine go lean, open the lowend needle slightly, if this dosen't work... you will have to adjust the needle valve inside the carb.( I will explain this later) If the topend runs OK, then slowly pull the throttle down until the engine begins to "four cycle" hold the throttle there. Adjust the lowend needle until the "four cycling" barely stops. Now lower the throttle more until it "four cycles" again, and adjust the lowend again. Keep doing this until you reach full idle. Now, from full idle begin to throttle up until the engine starts to bog or hesitate. Open up the lowend needle just enough to eliminate the bog or hesitation.

SOURCE: PRIMER BULB WONT PRIME

I would recheck the carburetor to make sure you put the diaphragms next to the carburetor and not the gaskets.
Please if it is not priming you may have the fuel lines hooked up wrong. Also check the fuel cap to make sure the vent assembly is there. If the tank is not venting, the tank will get a vacuum in it not allowing fuel to flow.

SOURCE: is it possible to replace a primer bulb on a

The bulb repair kit can be purchased a home depot or lowes, or whatever is close to your home. These can be replaced fairly easy. It is usually prongs on the backside that hold the bulb in. After pressing these the bulb will come out of the housing and disconnect the tubing from the bulb. It a good idea to replace tubing when doing this, the tubing is rotted or dried out and eventually cracks. Keep in mind where the tubing goes. One will feed from the gas tank and the other will feed the carb.

How to replace the primer bulb

Gain access to carb and right by the bulb you will see about 4 screws holding down a metal plate that holds down the primer bulb. Remove the screws and plate and replace damaged primer in same spot, and screw plate back on.

Where's the primer on the still br340 backpack blower? Does it only have the choke button is that thanks primer? I don't see anything else.

Look where the carburetor is. The primer bulbs are always a short distance from where the carb is... some Stihls have self priming carburetors though... so if you don't see one around neare the carb then that's what ya got

How do I replace a fuel primer build on the Stihl BR600 blower/

Disconnect the spark plug wire from the spark plug and ensure it can't come in contact with the spark plug. Removal of the spark plug wire removes any possibility that power can be supplied to the engine of the blower during the repair.

Remove the screws that hold the air filter cover in place. Remove the air filter cover and air filter. Remove the air filter housing from the side of the machine. Removal of these components allows you access to the primer bulb, fuel line and carburetor.

RY08570 Backpack Blower every time I press the button to pass gas it gets stuck how can I fix this problem thx

Primer bulbs can be replaced, they snap into place with two teeth on back, you will have to get acess to back side of this and you will see two small tangs you need to press on to remove. Most are available at your local hardware store. If the problem persists after new primer bulb is installed it may be a sign of low fuel flow and may need further attention, unless engine runs good, then I wouldn't worry about it. Hope this helped.

There is a connector or something missing from the fuel overflow line from the carburetor back to the fuel tank

There is no such thing as a fuel overflow line.
If the unit has a primer bulb then there will be 2 lines in the tank ( 1 is a main fuel line distinguishable by the length of line that extends into the tank with a fuel filter on the end of it, the other is a return line from the primer bulb that terminates just inside the tank usually with a male to male conector.) The main fuel line will go to the carb and another line from the carb will go to the primer bulb. If any of these lines are discolered, fragile or broken then they should be replaced. Generally the smaller diameter line is the main fuel delivery line and the larger diameter line is the primer system.

New model ut08580 backpack will not start

check the fuek lines for hole and leaks, check the fuel filter and clean if necessary. remove the carbuerator and inspect the gasket; it should be soft and flexible, if it seems hard or brittle replace it. clean the carb with carb cleaner sray (available at any local auto parts store) and compressed air. make sure you get inside the small fuel rail holes. check the primer bulb for pin holes and seating/sealed properly. if that doesn't work have the carb repaired at a service center or replaced.
