Ive replaced all toners the blak toner is streaking all on edges of paper. prints real ugly looks greenish thin streaks pn paper along with black when print color that's when it gets worser
SOURCE: Black Streaks
The Black Lines are not due to to toner problem.
The Black lines ate same at the Page Location . If so the Problem may be with Drum Or Charging Unit Or fuser assembly. If the same problem continues Please take out and see the drum do not toch it . (Please Power off the Printer and disconnect all the cables. )

The fact that it's printing anything suggests that it is not a Toner problem. Remove the toner, and have a look at the run inside the printer, checking for any excess toner which is in there. Also, check the Drum and Imaging Unit for damage, wear and tear etc. There will also be a static strip near the imager, with a little tab which you can sweep across the unit to clean it.
SOURCE: CLP-500 vertical streaks & a horizontal line with blotches appearing randomly
I've refilled the toner cartridges a few times now and never had a problem with vertical streaks until recently. I refilled both the cyan and magenta and when I ran the test page I had dark vertical streaks on both sides. I fiddled around cleaning things, running cleaning paper through, changing reset resistors but to no avail so eventually decided to buy a replacement refurbished cyan cartridge since the streaks looked mainly blue and bingo... well almost now I just have very light magenta streaks. The issue is obvious when I compared the old and new cartridge, the replacement toner is a much duller cyan and is of the wrong consistency since once it's been in the printer everything gets covered in it which is why I think it causes the banding to occur. I'm just trying to work out now whether to try refilling the magenta again (v. messy) or just go for another refurbished cartridge (£34).

If you are getting vertical white streaks or faded streaks from the top of the page to the bottom. It sounds like the developer blades in the imaging unit needs to be replaced. It cost around $120 to replace, but after a while it will happen again. This is a common problem with this printer. It can be cleaned by taking the unit apart and cleaning the developer blades, if you are handy. I have posted detail instructions in my tips section. or you can click on this link:

Hope this helps.
Start a print or copy, and just as the trailing edge of paper is entering the machine; quickly open it to stop print and take out the cartridge and look at the drum and the paper underneath. If the issue is there at that point then it would point to the cartridge. If not then it is in the fuser area.
Clean the loose toner up with a dry lint free cloth.
