The nozzles are standard and can be purchased at most places that sell presssure washers. I purchased replacement nozzles for my Green Works washer at my local Wal-Mart Store.

You should be able to order replacement nozzles from OrderTree online. If you already know the part number you can search their site for the part number. The part number should be listed in the back of the owner's manual.

Go to their website and check out support. Some outfits will only sell parts thru their "authorized" dealers.

On page 25 under trouble shooting for greenworks 1700 it states that you can turn nozzle tip to a high or low pressure position. how is that done?

The owners manual was badly written by someone in China whose English is a second language. The output pressure is set at the factory. The only thing the consumer can do is change the spray pattern by changing the nozzle. 0 for pinpoint, 25 for small fan spray pattern, 40 for large fan spray pattern, and Soap for dispersal.

Motor runs, water flows but no pressure. I hope someone has an idea to the cause.

I presume you have put a nozzle onto the outlet. There will be no pressure without a nozzle.

Pressure wand is leaking at the out let end, and pump has a small surge when setting at a idle

Sounds like water is leaking past the shutoff valve on the wand. Check your owners manual parts diagram to see if there is a washer or o-ring to replace.

I need to replace the high pressure hose on my Greenworks 1700 because the one I have has developed a hole after being in storage/no use for a few months. I purchased a replacement hose at Lowe&a

Search Fixya with your question as it was answered last June.

If less than a year old contact the manufacturer. My hose burst (different brand); turns out they got a bad batch of hoses and they replaced the whole unit at no cost.

How to widen nozzle spray width?

Try taking the nozzle apart and cleaning. Could be a small particle in it.

How do you take the hose reel off on a greenworks 1700 psi pressure washer?

There should be a clip that holds it in place, see link.
