GE refregerator my refregerator have water below the drawers.

This is a drain issue..check to see if you have a plastic drain trap going into back of refrig . its located about middle of rear of box. this is where your water drains out of and down to drain pan. this gets filled with food particles and such and stops up flow of water..remove by twisting and pulling out slightly..clean out and re=install...if you do not have this..go and remove freezer back wall..you will need to open drain and clean out trough under evaporator..use hot water and continue until water flows down into the pan..
