Hei dory may be this can be helpful.Inside the machine take out the brewing group on the back panel there is asmall metal piston with 2 small orange rubber o ring.Try to replace that(is not easy since the position)were the o ring are locate is very unconfortable but is something i believe you can do it.That one is the main connector between the inside and the conjunction with your brewing group.
Good Luck

Hi,
I think you have to go to a Saeco service center to fix this, it can be the electric board.
SOURCE: Coffee dispenses extremely slow
Hi,
try to change the grinder to little more coars, if it not help then i think it can be something with the printed circuit card.

Hi
You might need a brew head cleaning. It can get pluged with coffee residue and oils. But you could also have a bent injector valve or gate valve. But I would try this first.
Remove the brew unit. Holding the handle, the top left side is the brew head. There is an outlet pipe that exits the front side towards the door (looks like a long "L" pipe). 2screws hold it to the top. Remove the 2 screws while holding the manifold ("L" pipe assembly). Once they are removed, lift the l assembly off (be careful, there is an O-ring, spring and at the end a black rubber disk.
Now remove the brew screen, by holding the screen with your finger and twisting the thumbscrew (remember, thumbscrew), DON’T use the key to install the screen, use your fingers.
Once the screen is out look at where the screen was. There are 2 holes. A big one in the center and a small one to the side.
With the brew unit upside down over the towel, insert a paperclip into the small hole and force anything out the other side. I have gotten worms almost a 1" long from this passage. The paper clip has to go from this side to prevent damage to the seat on the other side.
Clean then reassemble. Brew unit on towel right side up. Drop the crystal ball in first. Then the spring small end first on the crystal ball.
Now the O-ring over the spring, then place the manifold on top of that with the pipe towards the machine. Insert your screws (I turn them backwards a little with a little downward pressure until they feel like they drop into the threads. They should turn down easily, if not back them up a little more ( we are trying to find the old threads) and tighten. Install screen, and tighten with your fingers. The screen just needs to be flush with the bottom of the brew head. That should do it.
Fortunately the problem you describe is not model specific. All Jura machines in the series C, E, F, J, S & Z models have the same problem. The Jura recommended maintenance is insufficient or erroneous. Here is how it occurs:
1- When new machine is set up, the instructions advice the owner to set up OK for use of Filter cartridges. This set helps only to display reminders for replacing the filter.
2- The initial set up instruction also advises that with regular use of Filter, descaling the machine will not be needed. That is really not accurate. Consequently, the reminders for descaling are delayed for over one year or more. This causes serious consequence with accumulation of Calcium deposits in the entire hydraulic and coffee system.
3- Use of Filters alone does not prevent Calcium deposits. Cleaning tables recommended & sold by Jura do not remove Calcium deposits in the coffee/water passages. The automatic descaling method recommended by Jura leaves the coffee side of the machine unclean. The error message in your machine is due to Calcium deposits in the Brew group, coffee outlet & the faucet dispensing coffee in the cup. I suggest all Jura machine owners should manually descale machine. Manually descaling includes use of 6 to 10 rinse cycles with descaling solution in the water tank. The error message "Clean Machine" is accurate. This error message is pointing to descale the Brew group, coffee outlet tube and coffee dispensing faucet by using rinse cycles.
After the rinse cycles are complete, refill Descaling solution in the water tank & continue descaling the rest of the machine by using hot water dispensing function, ½ cup at a time until the tank is empty. Finally, give a final flushing of machine to flush out remaining descaling solution inside the machine.
