I have seen this type of problem before, the only real way around it is to install a fresh copy of windows 7 not to upgrade, you will receive a message that asks you if you want to keep the previous windows in a folder called old windows, from there you will be able to access all your old files and programs, be aware though some programs may not work on windows 7, and you may need to have updated drivers for the systems peripherals. So when you run the windows 7 disk choose clean install and go from there. i hope this helps
I Charged the battery up using another motorola phone, and then I did a software upgrade, and this has fixed the problem. The phone is working great now,all photos or videos were saved.
What i think caused this error is that the phone was doing an upgrade and then I got a message at the same time,I think these clashed some how and prevented the upgrade from completing, hense causing an error on the boot loader.

To upgrade, use the website version of Route 66 Sync rather than the version on the disk or the upgrade file from the website, both of which do not work. The website version works in conjunction with Microsoft ActiveSync.
All you can do is Reinstall windows. You should get the Windows Vista Installation CD with your laptop and all you have to do is put it in and restart your computer and when the message that says "Press any key to boot from CD" press a key.
If it doesn't show up, you may have to press a key like DEL or F12 to get the boot sequencer. When you first turn on the computer you should see the Compaq logo. At the bottom of the screen you should see some buttons to press to do things like BIOS and Boot Sequence. You want Boot Sequence. Once in boot sequence, select the CD-DVD and press any key when it says to.
Once in follow instructions or oyu can reply and i will tell you how to install.
This error message indicates that the drivers are not digitally signed by Microsoft. In the event that you receive the error message referenced above, please continue with the install. Despite the
fact that these particular drivers have not received the digital
signature from Microsoft, they will work on Windows XP.
If you have difficulty installing the software from a direct update through the web, download the file first to your PC and then run it from there, if possible. Should you still have difficulties, try a clean boot of the camera software as explained here: http://www.fixya.com/support/r545614-installation_problems_clean_boot_install
Hope that helps. Kindly take a moment to rate this solution a Fixya if you found it helpful. thanks.
I am having this same error message appear on my phone but this is not the camera its the messages on mine, i can't send or recieve any messages. Suggestions have been made to me that i do a master reset on my phone so you could always try the same thing. Everything will be wiped from the phone so make sure to back up files you want to keep.
