How can I get my apps up on my 24 inch linsar TV? It is connected to internet but can't do anything

Power Cycle both devices. Remove both wall plugs from the outlet for 15 minutes and then plug them back in. If that doesn't work try a reset.

I have a feeling your main is bad but test the power supply voltages to be sure they look ok first

go to your Smart Centre and put YouTube into the search box and download the app for it. You can also watch it from the Browser.

If so . . . I have no idea what model of Linsar TV you own.

Apps require that the TV is connected to your router and that there's a live internet connection. Is your TV connected to your router?
