It sounds as though you may have something in the pump housing such as a coin or small chain which would prevent the implore from turning so remove the pump again and dismantle it if there is something there it will be easy to remove.
Door latch could be messed up from the large load//do you here the door lock when you start it ? if door is locking and basket is not turning at all even for adjitation then it is most likely the motor control board that board is located at the bottom of washer remove lower kick plate.if you inspect that board you may find a burnt spot. that can be caused from the overload of the motor /check those things let me know how you make out..good luck and thanks for voting
the internal drain inside of the washing machine is plugged with something. Pull the washer out and look at the drain tube in the back. It will be a clear tube. if it is blocked, you will be able to see the blockage in this area. If it is not plugged up at the back drain tube then it will be plugged up under the wash basin which means taking it all apart. The first part is an easy fix. the second part is a 2 hour fix. Start by looking in the back of your machine. It might be difficult to move because it will not drain. You can use a wet dry vac to remove some water in the basket or from the back drain but you have to remove the wash cage to get to the bottom of the washer where the drain tube begins. You can also try to unclog the washer by using your shop vac on the disharge hose. Towels with fringes or anything with fringes will clog these washers.
Remove the front lower panel. Right in front you will see the pump filter. Get some towels and a bucket and unscrew the filter cap and pull the filter out. See if you have a bunch of lint and stuff in there. If you do, clear it out, refit carefully and give the washer another try. The companies dont tell you how to do it, for their techs then won't make any money. A tech to clean your filter!!!?? $$$
You're free to rate me............not that i get anything. Happy washing!!
Sounds like the pump is possibly faulty, or there is a blockage
There should be a removable plastic cover at the bottom front of the m/c, behind this you will see a round plastic cover.
This is the pump filter, unscreit and unblock it if it is full of ****!!!
Hopefully this should solve your problem.

Just found out that there is a drain trap that can get clogged and needs regular maintenance. Take out the bottom panel by removing 3 phillips screws (7mm nut driver optional). Unscrew the trap (water will probably drain out so be prepared). Clean out debris. You may also have to remove the hose connected into the trap in extreme clogged cases. Just use pliers to release the hose clamp. Replace the trap plug, hose (if necessary) and the bottom panel.
FIXED!!!! amen.
Attached to the back of the washer was a plastic bag with a tech spec pamphlet. Inside the pamphlet were instructions for running tests via the front control panel on the various cycles to weed out the problem -- fill, spin, drain, etc. The test failed on the draining section citing a problem with the drain pump. So long story short and MANY towels later, I found a small finishing nail in the motor. I had removed the hoses thinking there might be a blockage, but found nothing. So I removed the motor and washed it out. Nothing odd there. So I took the front off the motor and found the nail. It somehow made it through the drain holes in the washer drum but got stuck in the motor.
Thank you Samsung for taping the tech manual to the back of the washer. I could not find it anywhere on the web for this model. After discovering the testing available via the contol panel and the simplicity of the machine, I love Samsung.
