Unfortunately to protect the integrity of this site, I can't give you information that may be used to access someone's tablet.

Sounds like a Hot unit. Make sure to post the serial #.

You can remove the pattern lock if the following conditions apply:
1. You can connect your tablet to a pc and have the drivers installed
2. You are able to run a command prompt
3. You have adb installed

Commands to run in command prompt (press Enter after every line):
adb shell cd /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases

sqlite3 settings.db

update system set value=0 where name='lock_pattern_autolock';

update system set value=0 where name='lockscreen.lockedoutpermanently';

.quit

In case you are not able to do the steps above, you can download a software called Uberizer, which basically does the things automated for you.
