Your information is a bit limited but we'll try anyway.
If the crease is a corner fold or a pressure line down the page, it will often be caused by something in the paper feed path close to the main drive bar in an inkjet or near the fuser in a laser printer. Have a look at the leading edge of the paper as it exits the printer for a nick or mark that may give a clue where to start looking. If there is a fold or crumple line down the length of the page, look at the paper pick up mechanism in an inkjet (usually the paper tray is a good start) or if it is a laser printer you should remove the fuser and check the fuser sleeve and pressure rollers.
