Go to flex.cm and log into your account.
select your profile
choose DELETE THIS DEVICE
LOG OUT.

have your grandson create a flex account from his computer
have your grandson use the flex to register it under his account and sync it

this should work as I actually found a working flex in a parking lot and I register d it and used it as mine.

To delete your profile measurements from your tracker, the tracker must be set up to a different account. Once a tracker is set up to a different account, it will automatically unlink itself from the dashboard and all of the tracker's stored data will be permanently deleted from the tracker. Yes, contact your service provider and tell them you need your phone unlocked due to international travel. If your account is current, they'll give you the unlock code with instructions for free.

You have to get it unloked from a cell shop or call the phones original carrier and get the subsidy unlock code which they might give you or might not. If you have a data cabe you can google how to unlock it yourself.

My phone displays a "enter subsidy code" message but the phone is not locked. What can I do?
Open up P2K Manager and search for file "secure_pds_init."
Delete it.
Go to Settings -> Personalize -> Greeting & delete the "Flex Error: Phone Subsidy-Locked" message.
Finally restart the phone
