Attach to power charger. Try hard shut down then try reboot all while connected. Then at that point you should see your keyboard again once o/s is back up.

First Switch off Your tab & remove the Back cover.
there you can find a Small round Reset button...!!

you can use something pointed tool
maybe a Ball-Pen (its best)

when u press & hold it... your tab will reset
if it not, then try to press it with holding the VOLUME DOWN button ;-)
