I have a RCA tablet bought at Wal Mart. I bought the replacement plan. I have a problem with the volume on it. They told me to contact RCA. Can you help me?

Boost will port or release your number to use with a different carrier, if you go to any Wal Mart they should be able to walk you through it

Try to locate and contact the manufacturer next OR if not working take it back to Wal Mart, ell them this is not what you expect from product sold by them and ask for a refund or exchange on something else

Did you purchase an extended warranty for the device? If so, they should replace it for you with no additional charges. If not, then I would call their customer service and find out.

hi I just got the 9" RCA tablet for my daughter birthday January 13,a friend of my order it from wal mart in December she only use it about three times which is weekend we put it to charge but would not charge what do I do it anew tablet

You should be asking Wal-Mart.Is it not still under warranty? Mine has a 3 year warranty.

You will have to take it to Wal-Mart and have them deal with it. Take the copy of your plan along with you, and your receipt if you still have it.

If so, and it's less than 30 days since the purchase, Wal-Mart should take it back.

If it's past 30, then you have to contact "RCA" for warranty service.
