@Anonymous,I have a 2001 K1500 Suburban, and need the Wiring Diagram to sort out why the Power Mirrors and Windows don't work. Ordering new mirrors, as the right one is busted by a jerk. the Right Window works IF we pound on the door panel, some times, like once in 20 licks.
Test Light on Mirror Fuse 10A has no power at all, don't know if that is because Mirror Switch is not depressed or ?? I am a retired Electronics Tech, just need some Schematics for this truck. thanks in Advance.
if its the computer climate controlled series then it might be the the vents. what happenes some times is the vent wont switch over from hot to cold or vise-versa. i had the same problem but reversed, no heat in front and it worked up to the last time i had switched it from hot to cold.
give it a shot, best of luck
if its cycling on and off have the freon level checked, also check the pressure switch at the accumulator there is also one on back of the compressor, if the pressure is too high or too low theses switchs shut off power to the compressor, the low side one is notorious for failure becaude it is constantly working .
That means your front differential is engaged, shouldn't run in 4wd while on dry pavement, hard on the dif , Should only engage while you are driving gravel roads or slippery conditions. Engage regularly will ensure that parts remain well lubed.
check all power outlets for loose change or metal objects in the doubble check the rears. fuse should be located on drivers side fuse pannal on side of dash
Unplug the connector at the rear wiper motor, turn the switch on and probe the wires with a test lamp, if you have power back there you more than likely have a bad motor. If there is no power start checking fuses they are all labeled easily on the back side of the fuseblock covers both on the dash and underhood. Good Luck!!!
