Are you getting a error code? Are you getting a blank copy ? If you are getting a blank copy it may be that you have a blown scanning lamp. Also, when was the last time the corona wires were replaced? They may need to be replaced?

hi piz Error code P9 and P21 appears on screen and when printing or photocopying using color black, blank copies are outputed

This is normally the corrona wire that needs to be replaced in the transfer unit and drum unit.

please press menu then start black copy (blue button) then fortimes arrow-up (tel.index). machine will switch to maintenance mode and all buttons will flash. press 8 then zero then severaltimes start black copy until error A1
will appear on the lcd. repeat pressing menu nine times and write down the error codes. Plz post them here again.
To leave the mode press stop then 9 then 9.
