If it is a new computer that runs with apps. You have to set it to give permission if you are downloading apps. If you are downloading information, what type of browser are you using? Check your browser settings.

If only one app does not open but all the other do then it's something specific with that app. How about deleting it and redownloading it?

Well unfortunately a lot of people have this problem, the app has rare occurrences where it won't be able to download the app, and even more unfortunately does not even work well when downloaded on the 2.1 version. The app was made for the 2.2 version which has not come out for this phone yet, however when it does from what I can tell it should be running very smoothly for you, you will just have to wait until the upgrade though.
