R707 and R717 uses essentially the same parts. You can find one for repair on Ebay. You can obtain the battery latch from there.

one of the best places my be a Automovtive supply stores , you may also try a Home improvement store, they tend to carry "odd" Bolts, to remove the broken bolt you may have to drill it out with a special drill tip also avaliable at most of the Home Improvent stores,, make sure you take your broken piece with you if you still have it so you can get a perfect match.

To remove the broken part from the latch use a small screwdriver to release the tabs on the latch on the connector. When latches are released the latch assembly and the plate will slide out of the connector. When the plate is removed the adapter and hose will slide off the connector. Release the tabs that hold the hose to the adapter and put the hose on the new adapter.
You need to position the terminal plate inside the adapter before sliding the adapter and hose on the new connector. The latch and terminal plate have to slide under the small guides on the connector. Its reverse of removal. Please check the pictures in the below link, it may help---
