You have a bad GFI plug. Replace it and you should be fine.

SOURCE: My intex portable spa was working fine now it only has a long beeping noise and nothing on control pad will work. Help

Unfortunately, it sounds like your controller has failed? Try turning power off for 30 minutes, NOT 29 1/2
Then turn it back on.
This will reset all short term memory in the logics, of circuitry.
If still non operational, unfortunately Intex Sells NO repair parts, they build these in a such a way to replace complete components.
So...
Sqeak and squeak loudly!
Maybe you will get some help from Intex?

My intex hot tub keeps flashing E90. I cleaned out the sensor, replaced the rod to the impeller with a brass rod. We bleed the intakes and it works fine for awhile then flashes E90 again. HELP
