Why is my camera screen black and I get an error 4003 message?

Error Code 4001

System error code 4001 means "The local WINS cannot be deleted." This error code may also display as "ERROR_CAN_NOT_DEL_LOCAL_WINS" or as the value 0xFA1.

Error Code 4002

System error code 4002 means "The importation from the file failed." This error code may also display as "ERROR_STATIC_INIT" or as the value 0xFA2.

Error Code 4003

System error code 4003 means "The backup failed. Was a full backup done before?" This error code may also display as "ERROR_INC_BACKUP" or as the value 0xFA3.

Error Code 4004

System error code 4004 means "The backup failed. Check the directory to which you are backing the database." This error code may also display as "ERROR_FULL_BACKUP" or as the value 0xFA4.

Error Code 4005

Try going into Applications > Camera app and force stop it and clear any cache or data it may have saved. If that doesn't work you may need to factory reset the tablet.

My tablet is not working right now... the andiood guy stay on there for long time and it wont go on home screen.... Anyway i can get a replacement new tablet or get it fix or new charger

I just bought a BB Playbook, Initially I got activation error 2012 but then I upgraded it through Desktop manager to OS2.0 but then I get 'Could not activate this tablet error 132353
please advise what to do. I can't use the device

Ok, for your first problem, I couldn't open a couple of file types on the playbook at first either. Go to the app world and download the free app called "airbrowser." It lets you do various things such as delete files, and allowed me to find and open the documents I wanted.

As for the email issue, I would suggest retrying the bridge. Go to the bluetooth connections screen on your torch and delete the playbook, and do the same on the playbook to delete the torch. Then start from scratch reconnecting via the BB bridge app. It solved a few issues on my playbook as well.

On my playbook when I scroll down the list of email messages and get to a certain point it just downloads more older messages from the phone. If this isn't happening on your playbook, then you should try rebridging the devices. Go to the bluetooth connections screens on both the phone and the playbook and delete the other device from the device list. Then go to the BB bridge app and reconnect them. Hopefully that works.
