Clean it so its spotlessly clean. (no mold etc)
then RTV glue its seam. (point of leak)
give it 12 to 24hrs to cure.
even bath tube RTV caulk works.
or car blue RTV< all will work. pick a nice color, id pick black.
its just a drain pipe, not high tech.
this part is the condensate drain, as fitted on all a/c equip.cars.
Testimonial: "Thks... but to get to the drain pipe I had to dismantle dash, wheel and AC unit :("
only looking works, damage has no laws or rules. what broken takes real eyes looking at parts. (hose fell off, cracked or its mount broke, or ? full of mold.)
why ask how to fix damage from the blind here.?
if you need to know its just a drain pipe
it fits to the condensate pan, and lets all that water go to the ground and missing passengers toes.
all a/c have this, even homes.
why not get it serviced if the damage is confusing to you.... what other path is there?

SOURCE: where is the drain pipe on Suzuki air con
It will be the heater core only if you're losing coolant, you'd be able to smell the coolant if you turn the ac on. If you're not losing coolant then it is probably a clogged drain tube.
