There are several companies that sell that movement , just google clock movements and they have a chart with spec to match yours. I have replaced several in my time, its pretty easy
Bradford is a high end retailer. You can contact them because if the item is not over a year old then it is warrantied. The other thing is you can email them to see about the clock works inside the unit. See this page and look for "contact us" at the bottom.
If the clock is more than a few years old, it may be that the switch movement inside has gone out, or maybe the sound mechanism has gone out. You'd have to find a clock repair shop that would consider working on it. Search clock repair in your general area with whatever search engine you prefer.
No fix, other than replacing the time movement, which is a switch movement that can be purchased at several different clock part supply stores, catalogs, or websites.
