Check the parts list at the link below to see if a circuit breaker is present in your fridge, it could have tripped if incoming line problems were unstable:

SOURCE: problem after power outage
yes it is but is a solder one and has to be open by a skill person to check for shorts most times the spike protector is short..good luck
SOURCE: fridge stops working when power goes out.
Good possibility that the electrical contacts have failed (burned/welded) in either the defrost timer (part# 68233-3) or the Cold Control (part# 61002085. An intermittent failure is extremely difficult to track down. Both of the parts I listed total about $80. You can purchase them and install them for less $$ than having a professional do it for you. We would obviously charge more because we would absorb the cost of warranty, labor, drive time, etc... If you choose to replace these components, UNPLUG THE FRIDGE BEFORE HAND!

First we need to see if the compressor is running. Pull the fridge out take off the lower panel on the back and see if you can hear it running. Also, need to know if freezer fan and fan by compressor is running. Check for thick frost build up on back panel in freezer. Let me know what you find.
check breaker one contact might be burned up if the breaker is fine replace the receptacle with a 20amp grounded receptaclebv

Sir, To solve this problem, you must open the compressor area at the back bottom of the refrigerator and chek the temperature of the pressure line. If the temperature is between 55celcius to 60 than its ok. Or else you need to change the refrigerant. I suggest you to contact the service authority.
