The program (Rosetta Stone latin american spanish level 1) runs perfectly for a while and then suddenly says, "there has been a minor error, click ok to continue" and always lists the same error, #5224, and skips a screen of the lesson. It will usually do this for at least two screens in a row. When it's just two screens it's not really a problem, I don't miss so much I can't pick right up again, but just now it did it for like ten screens in a row in lesson 2, and I knew I'd be lost when it started working again, so I decided to try to find out WHY it's doing this. When it did it on a different day in lesson 1, I gave up and turned it off and came back to it today, restarting that lesson from the beginning and it errored and skipped different screens this time than it did last time. Any idea what is going on?

This usually confirms that there is a problem with the product. Have you tried to contact the seller?
On
Ebay, there is a buyer's protection policy. You could go to ebay and
file a dispute and leave negative feedback for the seller. This would be
a big hit to the seller. Moreover, you always have an option to dispute
the charge with the credit card company. Unfortunately, these are the
only way to resolve the problem.
I wish i could have a better solution.
