Can I set up an ebay or pay pal account for my tutorial, childcare customers?

To receive money from your "customers" you need to have a paypal account, register online and link with your bank account, and link with paypal, post your products on ebay and check your finances in paypal. I think this is a fraud. Please don't pay him any money through wire transfer.

Also the good thing about Pay Pal and similar services are you can stop the transfer within 7 days if you think it's fraud. However with wire transfer you can't do that. Considering this in mind. I think the offer from the Chinese guy is a fraud attempt.
There are plenty of options available from Amazon and Ebay; checkout the established trusted and rated sellers, look for at least 50 or more good ratings and then you can be sure that the account is credible. Buy only from rated and trusted sellers.

You can go into your Paypal account and add the other Yahoo email account to your Paypal account. Then you can claim the money sent to the other Yahoo account. You can have, I believe, up to 6 email accounts receiving money on one paypal acct.
