Call of Duty 3 was not released on PC. I doubt there is a reloaded release for it. What you have is probably malicious files, so you should remove it from your system.
Usually, the instructions from a reloaded release are included alongside the iso.
Piracy is ultimately illegal and you should not be doing it. Asking for help doing it online, especially when not hiding your identity only incriminates you. Do not do it.
DO NOT INSTALL! Downloading games illegally is (a) not supporting developers and (b) the people that crack games usually have hidden programs i.e keyloggers and such. I learnt this the hard way. Just buy a copy.
I would highly suggest you create a new account. Change the password on your old account. and Erase any credit card info if you have some on that account. Or after just use the newly created account to play that game online.
