To perform a Factory Reset, take the following steps: Turn off your Android device. Press and hold the "power", "volume down", and "camera" buttons simultaneously. Release the buttons once your Android device is powered on. Scroll using your "Volume up and down" button until you find the "Factory Data Reset" option.

My trio stealth- 8 powers on but won't boot up and the reset button just keeps powering it off what can I do to fix my tablet?????

One of the common solutions from YouTube videos short of more drastic measures would be to hold the power button for 10 seconds.

The below videos may help or will if you must resort to a hard reset - that will wipe all files and restore to original.

My Kocaso Android Tablet 4GB it loads to the android logo n stays there is there a way to reset the tablet

Hi.

If you recently had a modification on your ROM, you may be experiencing a BOOT LOOP which is common to Android Tablets. A factory reset would be the best solution to that. Here's how to do it;

Turn-off your Tablet by long-pressing your power button. To be sure it's totally shutdown, wait for at least 30 seconds before proceeding to factory reset. If your tablet's battery can be removed, it would help if you detach the battery and put it back again before proceeding.

Resetting your Tablet to factory setting erases all the data in your tablet's memory, so you have to be ready to encode all contacts again and stuff like that.

Factory Reset Proper;

1. Press VOLUME UP and POWER button at the same time without releasing until the device boots to "Recovery Mode".

2. In Recovery Mode, scroll down by pressing VOLUME DOWN until you reach the option "Swipe Data/Factory Reset" or any equivalent to Factory Reset therein.

3. Follow through the succeeding menus until the device initiates the reset.

Note: If your Device has a HOME button (usually located at the Center-bottom of the LCD), the buttons to be pressed to enter into Recovery Mode are HOME and POWER at the same time. Release only after the device shows it boots in Recovery Mode.

I hope this helps you.

I forgot my lock screen password to my xtreme tablet what do i do

If it is running android, you can usually just enter your password 5 times incorrectly and a "Forgot Password?" button should appear. If it's symbian or windows then you probably have to just factory reset the device.
