Did you repair the power on power off switch I think that would be the only item needing replacing
I once had this same issue and went replacing the power supply board
Mine ended up only needing the power switch replaced so I got to return the board and put the old one in
Usually if you give the old board up when buying a new one a generous amount of money is taken off the new board price and this is done for any and all boards I have ever replaced in any item
I would try to see if you fixed the issue with your new board if not try the power switch that should fix the problem for less money

Have you checked whether mains power reaches the power board? Check it first. If yes, the power board you purchased newly should be checked.

The answer is both easy and hard at the same time.

It's easy because there aren't many boards in a TV that would let you say "there's no power" - it's the power board and the main (computer) board.

If your new power doesn't cut it then the only other remaining must be the main board.

Sometimes there's also another auxilary board that supplements the main board.

More interestingly, the two would very rarely go bad at the same time.

Unless you had a power surge in BOTH the power line and the cable in which case it is usually cheaper to replace the whole TV than to replace board after board.

Anyway, the main board you're looking for is ZAT-520M/B .
ShopJimmy has it for only $40 which is pretty cheap.

The auxilary board I was talking about in here is SC0-P501U05-000 .

Frankly...I am not sure I wouldn't suggest you selling the TV to a local repair shop and using the proceeds to buy a new one.

If you have to replace more than one board in a TV that's usually the best thing to do.

Ur tv still having the same result a flashing LED power light indication,after u change the tv power supply board.Mean only one thing the main logic Tuner signal board it is also dead too.The Tuner signal board that the board where the tv incomming broadcasting signal wire plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish main logic Tuner signal board for the replacement.Tries out the old power supply board with the new refurbish main logic Tuner signal board too 50/50 the old power supply could be still functioning.If ur old power supply board still good and functioning,than return ur new bought refurbish power supply to the vendor u bought it from to get some money back.

The tv have fries alot more components on the tv power supply board,than just the fuse.U have to have alots more equipments and very good eclectronic testing and troubleshooting skills to find out what exact components parts are burn and to replaced it on the tv power supply board.U could take a gamble chance and try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish power supply board for the replacement.Might get the tv to be working again might not because power surges,if it have a big enough electrical static charges it will fries alots more boards and it components some where else too.Tv worth repairing or not it is up to u for to do the researching for the new tv prices and the prices charges by tv repair shops by those tv Techs. for repairing the tv..
