Smart Tv, internet not functioning well
Possible problem with WiFi network or link. Try moving WiFi hub/router closer to TV. Prior to this check WiFi connection with another device-can you access app store via computer or mobile device? If you can it's still worth checking the link to the TV. If this is OK then the fault's with the TV or its software. Have you updated the software recently, either manually or automatically? This may solve the problem.
