Distorted Colours My 360 displays colours in a distorted fashion - two wide strips of the screen showing in Blue-tinted colour instead of the regular colours like the rest outside of the affected areas - other consoles on same TV work without distortion.

Seems to me that the LCD cables are not properly atached.
Double check all the LCD connections.
Your problem will be solved.

Select RBG setings

Check all of your cables on the back of the tv and your sources such as Cable,Sat box and DVD palyer to make sure they are fully inserted into the input and output connectors. Some times Component cables will work loose and you end up with a missing color. Temprature changes can affect intermittant connections. If that does work then you have a bad Main bd.

Projection TV sets have several common problems listed below.

Problem #1) Convergence

Symptoms:

• Screen Looks 3-D
• Colors wont align
• Screen may look distorted
• No Audio/Video - makes a chirping sound.

Just as I got on line to this site I saw your problem being typed in and it's the exact same issue I am having with my Finepix 5000. I've owned it for all of 4 plus years with no problems and really decent photos. I'm getting a blurred image with green/magenta colors when I look through the viewfinder. When I take a photo, it shows the same. It wasn't dropped or even barely touched between the last good photo taken and this. Attached is an example of above description. I would appreciate any advise. See below.

Go to control panel- Display settings- See if Colour mode is 32 bit & 256 colours. try to change the display settings.

Otherwise uninstall- reinstall or upgrade thee display drivers using the Drivers disc or from HP website.

Try system restore if happened recently

Check your display properties in settings make sure color quality should be 32bits and screen resolutions should be higher atleast 1024X768. If not Try reloading Video driver.

its better you should take it to the technician, i think the cable that gives signal to the panel has become faulty

Gimbo again. Think LCD damaged will need to repair. Pics. as normal when viewed or printed.
Why has nobody commented?
How much to replace screen? Any ideas?
