Intuitive eco Iw811 Rinse 1 no water coming thru!

The washing machine fills and washes fine but when it comes to the 1st rinse, it is not coming thru with any water, it will continue onto the 2nd rinse and that one is fine. When it comes to the spin cycle that works but the machine hesitates for awhile. Please I'm hoping someone can help me.
Thanks
Nikki

Please check to see if your first rinse light is flashing during your first rinse cycle.

The 1st rinse light is normally set to "spray rinse", this means the machine will pump out the water, spin at medium speed then pulse cold water into the machine, this occurs for about 2 mins, then the machine will spin out, and advance for the final rinse which is a deep rinse.

We know that this is what its supposed to do but it doesn't. Spray rinse doesn't happen at all. The cycle limps on with many long pauses till the end.

Washing Machine Intuitive Eco model number IW811 won't power on?

Possible Cause Solution The power switch is not turned on at the wall. Unplug the machine from the wall. Wait 60 seconds, plug back in and turn the power back on again. The household power supply is at fault. Try plugging another electrical appliance into the power slot.

Hi just read your posting. Now just a couple of questions.1st where is the machine draining the water to?Is it into the laundry sink or to another place?Have you removed the clothes from the machine?Have you tried putting a bucket or two of water manually into the bowl and put it to a spin cycle to drain the water out? Please reply with additional information and I can help you further.

Will not automatically switch from washing spin to rinse.

check to make sure you have both the hot and cold water lines connected and the water is turned on. sometimes the hot or cold line will clog up and it will not fill up during the rinse cycle. the humming sound may be the water valve coming on but no water is coming thru.

if you have a warm rinse set it to that to see if this is the problem.
you can clean the screens on the water valve by taking the water inlet hoses off the machine and you can look at the screens onside.
if not it may be a timer problem.

My machine will fill & go thru a wash cycle but wont rinse or spin.

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

Rate me pl.....if helped.
