There could be several reasons why your AIS01F fitness tracker is not pairing with your Galaxy S23. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices: Go to the settings of your Galaxy S23 and AIS01F tracker and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on.
Check compatibility: Verify that your AIS01F fitness tracker is compatible with the Galaxy S23. Some trackers may only work with specific operating systems or versions.
Remove previous pairings: If you have previously paired the AIS01F with another device, make sure to unpair or disconnect it from that device before attempting to pair it with the Galaxy S23.
Restart both devices: Turn off both the AIS01F tracker and Galaxy S23, wait for a few seconds, and then turn them back on. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve pairing issues.
Reset the AIS01F fitness tracker: Consult the user manual for instructions on how to reset the AIS01F to its factory settings. This can help in clearing any glitches that may be affecting the pairing process.
Update firmware/software: Check for any available updates for both the AIS01F tracker and your Galaxy S23. Installing the latest firmware or software updates may fix compatibility issues.
Try another device: If possible, try pairing the AIS01F with a different smartphone or device to see if the problem persists. This can help identify whether the issue lies with the tracker or the Galaxy S23.
If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to the customer support of the AIS01F or the manufacturer for further assistance.
1. First, clean the charging cable on the back of your Fitbit device and the pins on your cable because maybe it is just dirty since any devices can accumulate dust. Check your manual for the instructions. 2. Double-check if your USB port is not faulty or try a different USB port - make sure it is compatible. 3. Make sure your Fitbit device tracker is securely connected to the charging cable. 4. If it still doesn't work "Restart your Fitbit device tracker", maybe it just malfunctioned. 5. Make sure your Fitbit tracker device is not wet.

I've had this issue with lots of Jabra products, including both my BT3030 devices. The problem seems to stem from the quality of the charge. When the device is fully charged, it seems out a nice loud clear signal which can be detected by your phone. As the charge begins to wake the signal gets noisier. So (my experience shows), When you pair your device with a clean signal, that's what your phone is looking for. If you pair with a weak signal; it looks for that. The ideal seems to be too pair the items up when your bluetooth device is either fully charged, or mostly charged.
Think of it this way. You meet and are introduced to a strange man in the early morning who is clean shaven. You meet the same man a few days later with lots of stubble and fall to recognise him. It's a bit like that!
re: Carmen66. Your advise 'bluetooth' "device is out of range or powered off", worked like magic. Yes, it's a pain to power off the phone and restart it before connecting the bluetooth, but heck it works. Reboot, so simple, inconvenient, but works with GREAT success! Thnk You.Very Helpful. First new phone in a few yrs and was ready to take it all back.
No sound? The only solution I've found is to get a USB headset like the Logitech USB Headset 20. I have had this same problem with my Tecra 9100 for almost 6 months. I tried on a pair of USB Headset and it works! because it bypasses your internal soundcard. The downside is that if you have a great pair of speakers on your laptop, then it's kind of a waste that you can never use it. But at least, with this, you can now listen to CDs and chat on the internet
Steps to pair a H700 headset with any bleutooth pone:
Make sure the H700 fully chared (very important)!!
Make sure the microphone boom is folded closed, i.e. power is off!
Hold the call button for 1-5 seconds until the light is steady lit purple
Flip out the microphone boom, the light should stay lit purple!
Now you are ready to pair the headset with your phone, so follow the pairing instructions of your phone.
Note: When prompted for the Passkey; it is most likely 0000 but the correct Passkey should be on the headset accessory instructions.
I must add that indeed my headset on occation (once or twice every three months) also loses its connection with the blackberry (a 8703e) . At which time I have to remove the headset from my phone bluetooth device list, and start the above described steps to pair my headset with the phone again.
