First of all: double check your spelling. The heating assembly at the rear of the printer. If the paper comes out HOT, the sensor is defective. Heating assembly cooks toner at 380 F. Thats Hot.
sensors should give your display or display lights, a warning.
You need a new printer OR fuser. Cheaper for new printer. All printers are made in Asia. With cheap parts.
Do you have an error message on printers display? The fuser module is placed in the rear side of the printer, it heats up to 200 celsius, and it should also have a fan thet cools it down. If there is an error message on the display you should check if the fuser module is still spinning the rolls, and check the cooling fan.

Eu tive o mesmo erro, e foi quando eu troquei o cartucho de toner. Deve ser um problema no fusível do cartucho, porque quando retirei o fusível e deixei sem o mesmo, a impressora voltou a funcionar normalmente. Agora estou providenciando um fusível novo para substituir.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the software. Perhaps there is an updated driver for your system since you first installed it, or maybe yours is simply corrupted. I would suggest removing and reinstalling will solve the problem - if, in fact, that is your problem -I've not heard of this happening before.

open heat error sounds like the fuser lamp is blown. The fuser lamp is inside the hot roller at the back which melts the toner onto the page. It is not really a user serviceable part, you would need someone qualified to repair/replace the fuser.
