tn 350 is a toner cartridge, you pull the toner and drum out together, set on a table, press the blue lever on the side of the holder and lift out the toner. Remove all packing and insert the toner front edge first into the holder and then snap down the rear edge. Re insert into the printer and close the front door...

If this model comes with the drum separately of the cartridge, only replace the cartridge. There's no need to change it every time. until prints start to get lines or dots. Don't expose the drum to light too much.
