When engaging the pto it is important that you have the clutch disengaged so that the pto gear is not spinning in the box.before it engages.
The pto gear runs off the counter shaft of the gear box and is spinning all the time the engine is running
when engaging the pto ,you are physically engaging a gear ( like selecting 1st gear) so you have to stop the counter shaft spinning so that the pto gear will engage with slashing

What is the oil capacity for Hino dutro SO5D? what is the

The oil capacity for a Hino Dutro with the SO5D engine can vary slightly depending on the exact model and year. However, as a general guideline, the engine oil capacity for the Hino Dutro SO5D engine is approximately 8 to 9 liters (about 2.1 to 2.4 gallons) of engine oil when equipped with an oil filter change.
Please note that it's always a good practice to consult your vehicle's owner's manual or service manual for the most accurate and specific information regarding oil capacity and maintenance intervals for your particular model and year. This will ensure that you use the correct oil type and quantity for your vehicle.

Massey ferguson 135 pto keeps throwing out of gear drives but pto wont stay in gear why

possible that the teeth of the pto dog are worn to a taper and not fully engaged
the lever for the engagement is moving the full travel to engage
the bearings on the pto shaft are failing and allowing misalignment of the shaft thereby walking the dog out of engagement

PTO lever engages in the wrong position in a Kubota ZD323.

Check and make sure that any links are not bent and make sure that the switch that engages the PTO is not out of adjustment.

PTO CONTROLS. How do you engage and disengage PTO.

The tractor is not a 6300 is it.If it' not you need to adjust the cable for the p.t.o. until it will stay down.Don't turn the turnbuckle too much at a time because there is a fine line between the won't engage and the won,t disengage adjustment.

Grinding when Engaing PTO for the tiller-Troy Built Horse 8hp

It's likely that your clutch needs adjustment. To adjust, you just need to loosen the two screws on the plate and slide it a bit so the clutch better engages the rear dog clutch. Have you ever taken the tiller portion off the transmission to grease the clutch? If not, before adjusting it you might want to do that. It could be that the clutch isn't sliding back far enough to engage the rear end and a little grease is all it needs. This service requirement is explained in the owners manual for the tiller. One last point, the tiller must be in neutral when engaging the pto clutch. From your note, it sounded like you were engaging the clutch with the forward/reverse lever in the forward position. The lever must be in neutral when engaging the pto clutch.

I have a suzuki rm 125 1994 model when i pull the clutch lever in to put it in gear the clutch doesnt work t jst crunches into gear

Adjust the clutch cable to allow about 1/4" free play at the end of the clutch handle. Don't put the bike in gear until the rpms are near idle speed. The clutch is working fine if the bike does not lurch forward when going into gear at idle speed. Dirty, gritty oil in the gearbox can make the clutch grab. Consider changing oil if grabbing is the problem. The "crunch" you hear is the slider gear engaging into the driven gear. The higher the engine speed when being put into gear the louder the crunch. The slider gear engaging "dogs" can break. Crunching into gear is hard on the gears.
